SMALL GROUP COACHING 

Led by Rebecca Murray, this 3 month program is designed to help athletes build confidence and mental skills that translate directly to competition. Many athletes feel anxious, overwhelmed, or frustrated - not because they talk talent, but because they've never been taught how to work with their mind under pressure. Using the same tools I teach in 1:1 coaching, athletes learn how to build awareness of their thoughts and emotions, refocus after mistakes, and commit to controllable actions in high pressure moments. The goal isn't perfect performances, but consistent habits that allow athletes to stay present, respond with intention, and compete with trust in their preparation.

In this program you will receive 

  • Small group Mental Performance coaching led by Rebecca Murray, an active college coach and Certified Mental Performance Mastery Coach

  • Structured mental training and live coaching, built from real 1:1 coaching experience 

  • Mental tools athletes can apply immediately in practices and competitions

  • Live coaching and Q&A, allowing athletes to ask questions and receive real time coaching

  • Continued access to all tools and resources taught throughout the program

Athletes maintain access to these tools beyond the three months, allowing them to revisit and apply key concepts as their season unfolds. These skills are designed to grow with the athlete, not expire after one season.
